Ever walked into a class and been told to get into Camatkarasana? Or to finish off the class in Salambha Sarvangasana. The language of yoga is Sanskrit. And like Latin, most of us don’t know how to read, write, or speak Sanskrit.
This video is designed to breakdown the Sanskrit names of the poses that you come across most often in yoga classes.
