The challenges of some of these beginners yoga postures are, as healing and therapeutic as they can be it still may be tricky to get into. Today I discuss the Eagle pose. I always want to put up a disclaimer of,, ‘Take it Easy’, especially on the knees. This posture can be practiced even before the class, in a chair. Never force, hold the best pressure/pain you can, and slowly let that joint open up. Healing takes time and please, just go slow! 🙏
