This oil is designed for the purpose of toning and sculpting your body with everyday use. It lighten stretch marks.In my case, it genuinely helped with my flaky dry skin post workout. My skin gets dehydrated after lifting. It drinks the oil literally.
After a workout session, please stretch for atleast 4-5 minutes, have ur protein drink, clean urself with cold water, wash ur face and hair, have your protein intake meal (eggs/paneer), HYDRATE (drink water), moisturise your face and skin well.
