Are you looking on how to lose weight? Today, I share with you my workout routine at planet fitness! I hope my transformation gave you guys some motivation to get in the gym and kick some butt! I know i am not a personal fitness trainer but I wanted to share with you guys my workout to hopefully help some of you out! please comment any questions you may have so that I can answer and help, just let me know 🙂

Disclaimer: These workouts are all of my workouts combined into one video! This is NOT one gym session, but actually 4 days worth of gym sessions.

This isn’t including my cardio routine, but that video is coming soon!

Warm up: run for 10 mins

Smith machine workouts👇🏼
Chest press- 3 sets x 10 reps
Shoulder shrug- 4 sets x 10 reps
Upright row- 4 sets x 10 reps
Deadlift- 3 sets x 10 reps
Back squat- 3 sets x 10 reps

Machine workouts👇🏼
chest press- 3 sets x 10 reps
chest fly- 3 sets x 10 reps
Lateral pull down- 3 sets x 10 reps
Lateral row- 3 sets x 10 reps
Lateral pull down (cord)- 2 sets x 10 reps
Lateral pull down (2nd cord)- 2 sets x 10 reps
Standing cable fly- 4 sets x 10 reps
Tri-cep pulldown- 3 set x 10 reps
Bi-cep curl- 3 sets x 10 reps
Tri-cep extension- 3 sets x 10 reps
Seated leg curl- 3 sets x 10 reps
Seated leg extension- 3 sets x 10 reps
Seated leg press- 3 sets x 10 reps
Hip abduction- 4 sets x 20 reps
Hip abduction reversed- 4 sets c 20 reps
Glute extension- 3 sets x 15 reps

Dumbbell workouts👇🏼
Chest press-3 sets x 10 reps
Chest fly- 3 sets x 10 reps
Shoulder press- 3 set x 8 reps
Bi-cep curl- 3 sets x 7 reps
Overhead tri-cep extension- 3 sets x 10 reps
