You use multi actions while doing a compound exercise, like your lower body might be doing a squat, while your upper does a press. This compound action, increases your heart rate and uses more energy, making a muscle building workout, ALSO a fat burning one! Plus, no repeats, so no one is getting bored in the workout today!
