1 Hour Yoga Trapeze Class for Beginners

Join us for a beginners class designed for those new to Suspension Yoga and those working on building their skills. We will be going at a slow pace to help you feel more comfortable & gain confidence using your Yoga Trapeze. We will stretch, work on some strength, and get inverted! Do this class at least 2x a week to build strength, flexibility, and feel the benefits of inversion.
