I love this yoga class because it has a gentle gradual build before heating up with a more aggressive flow. By building heat through our practice, we can more completely prepare for our healing meditation at the end of our practice. We begin the flow with a really juicy side body stretch before moving into a power yoga routine to build heat. I LOVE this routine because it stretches your upper back, twists, and turns, moves up and down and just wakes up the entire body. Once we are warmed up, we move into our mantra meditation to sharpen our attention and harmonize all of the different thoughts that might be running around in our minds. No matter your experience level, this routine will feel good.
