Post Workout Gainz 😈

1 lb chicken breast
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard (white wine free)
Spices I used:
1 tsp salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper

1 cup basmati rice
1 1/2 cup chicken or veggie broth (low sodium)
1 Tbsp butter
1 Serrano pepper
1 shallot
3 cloves minced garlic
Same spices as chicken!

Air fry the chicken for 15-25 mins, it depends on the thickness. Cook until 165 internal and allow to rest.

Bring the rice to a boil, cover and drop to a simmer. Cook for 10-15 minutes depending on the rice instructions
