One is open pelvic asana
Another is closed pelvic

in today’s class, I am explaining you the Asana based on open pelvic. If I talk about foundational movements in this posture, the rotation of the legs is on the out side. Where you turn the femur bone externally by pressing the front foot big toe.

The mistake which people do while doing this Asana is –
Instead of sinking the hips down towards the Earth, they move the entire hip and trunk towards the front knee. So here I am trying to explain you how to enter in virbhadrasana by keeping the hip into Centre.
