Plus Size Morning Stretch Exercise Routine for Obese Beginners / Get Rid of Stiffness, Aches & Pains

Anyone else wake up and feel stiff and sore as heck? Worse still, you haven’t even worked out? Yup, me too. That’s why I like to do these stretches before I hobble out of bed to the loo. You can do these simple, beginner stretches from the comfort of your own bed if you like.

They are all modified/fat friendly tested/plus size positive stretches that will help you feel so much better about starting your day on the right foot. Let’s get rid of all the aches and pains by doing a short 10 minute full body stretch. Trust me, you’ll feel so much better.

They aren’t just stretches for the morning, you can do them anytime of day, or even before working out to help loosen up tense muscles and relieve any soreness.
