In today’s video, I’ll be reacting to “Tyreek Hill’s INSANE Workout Routine & Diet”. This video is from Nonstop Sports. This video perfectly shows why Tyreek Hill is a Top 5 Wide Receiver in the NFL.

Workout

Tyreek Hill almost exercises everyday. Tyreek Hill also does boxing, basketball, obstacle courses, and American Ninja Warrior courses. Tyreek Hill’s fundamental exercises is what gives him the edge. Tyreek Hill always starts with a stretch and warmup.

Before working out you should do a dynamic warmup. A dynamic warm-up is β€œmoving while you stretch” or stretching through a joint’s full range of motion and preparing muscles for more intense exercise to come. A dynamic warm-up promotes blood flow, helps prevents and muscle soreness, as well as helps improve overall performance.

Tyreek Hill’s stretch and warmup is followed up with some Lower Body work. Each exercise is for 3 sets of 10 reps:
– Nordic Hamstring Curls
– Lunges
– Jump Lunges
– Squat Jumps
– Goblet Squats

Field Training:
Tyreek Hill does a toe walk warmup and stretches. Then, he does:
– Multiple Sled Pushes and Pulls
– Sprints
– On-field Agility
– Handwork with a football passing machine without gloves

This conditioning seamlessly transitions back to the gym with:
– Weighted Skips
– Skill Exercises
– Stability Work
– Box Jumps

Core Strength:
Tyreek Hill Ab Exercises include multiple sets of:
– 10-15 reps of Twists
– Stability Ball Planks
– Medicine Ball Tosses
– Ab Wheel Rolls

Tyreek Hill does high weight – low rep work in the offseason

Upper Body Exercises:
– Banded Bench Press
– Pushup Variations

Recovery:
– Stretching
– IV Therapy
– Yoga at least twice a week

Diet

3,000 – 4,000 calories is per day is the average NFL skill position calorie intake.

Breakfast:
– 4 Eggs
– 4 Slices of Bacon
– Grits
– Juice

Throughout the day, Tyrekk Hill takes in large amounts of:
– Veggies
– Whole Grains
– Fats
– Proteins

Tyreek Hill even throws in post-workout meals of:
– Recovery Juices
– Vegan BBQ Wings

Tyreek Hill also enjoys eating Popeyes and Chick-fil-A for his cheat meals.
