I had this meal first thing in the morning for breakfast which also happened to be my pre-workout meal. All of the nutrition information as far as calories and macronutrients, as well as the ingredients used with the amounts are in the video!

2oz grilled chicken breast
1c cooked white basmati rice
90g frozen mixed peppers
3.5g coconut oil
150g egg substitute

Makes One Plate:
435 Calories
5g Fat
55g Carbs
38g Protein
