My second video I accidentally deleted and I might not have the time to film again. However! I did do both week one and two in about an hour and it was a great workout to do daily. I believe they are fairly easy to do and you should be able to do more reps for a greater number of days. I will definitely film a separate video if wanted to talk more about this plan.
