Hello friends! This here is a 30 minute yoga flow with blocks (although in the video I say 20 minute ;), designed for individuals exploring yoga or returning back to the practice after a break.
Take your time and enjoy the entire process. Give yourself time to dive deep, stretch, and integrate your efforts, just a little encouragement for you to enjoy the last pose and not rush it.
