Yoga : postures assises Vajrasana, Sukhasana, Ardha Pasmasana

Voici les postures qui permettent de réaliser les variantes assises d’autres postures, ainsi que l’assise stable pour la méditation :
– Vajrasana : diamant
– Sukhasana : tailleur
– Ardha padmasana : demi lotus (pied sur le haut de la cuisse opposée)
– Ardha svastikasana : posture auspicieuse (pied sur le mollet opposé)
– Siddhasana : posture parfaite (pied glissé entre la cuisse et le mollet opposés)
– Padmasana : lotus
