Welcome back to my channel! Hope your humpday is treating ya well. Speaking of humps, these BOOTY moves will have your glutes on fire. Plus, you’re also going to feeeeeeel this in your core. These moves will be done for 40 seconds, with a 20 second break. Intervals of 1 min!!!
