We’re taking it EMOM style today, which stands for Every Minute On the Minute – a great way to get a workout for our brains as well as our bodies!

The interval timer is set for one minute; at the top of each minute, we’ll do five reps of the low impact cardio exercise (counting the “mean” way); there is NO REST
