Xmas & New Years Schedule Update: The most wonderful time of the year has entered our homes and with anticipation, we’re looking for much needed time to unwind. Many of you might take time off and slow down the pace of practice, many – turn up for themselves on Christmas morning, and we encourage you to follow the path that feels right for you.

Our teachers, too, are taking this opportunity to have rest, reflect, and be with their loved ones (taking into consideration the climate of current events). Hence why if you check upcoming schedule, you’ll notice that Wanderlust TV Live studio will be closed on 12/25 and 1/1. New SolFlo Kundalini from Kjord Davis, MDRN Yoga with Annie Parr and Reiki-Infused Yin Yoga by Natalie Valle will be available to stream on-demand.
