Pregnancy Breathing Exercises | Pranayama for Pregnant Women | 3 Prenatal Yoga Breathing Practices

Deep and effective breathing is essential both for the mother and baby during pregnancy and childbirth. It helps in effective removal of waste products, providing good supply of oxygen both for the mum and baby and helps in calming the nervous system.

In this practice we will learn 3 breathing exercises which are great for pregnancy:
1. Deep Abdominal Breathing
2. Nadi Shodhan Pranayama or Alternate Nostril Breathing
3. Bhramari Pranayama or Humming Bee Breath
