Join me for a 1 hour morning all levels mandala vinyasa yoga flow class for anyone looking for a yoga class with accessible poses, yoga for women over 40, yoga for anyone over 40 or 50 or men over 40 or 50. This yoga class is designed to build muscles and improve flexibility while slow down the aging process. This class has a lot of vinyasa flows, so please listen to your body and do whatever variation your body is desiring.

I offer modifications for beginners. If you need to bend a knee, come to a child’s pose or stand for a few minutes in mountain pose, do so and then rejoin the flow. This will help you build muscle!
