This 13 minute christian yoga for relaxation practice is all about deep breathing and surrender, presenting our stressed out selves before the Father and offering up our heaviness to his strong and faithful love.

The entire practice is done seated or reclined making this a great practice to do right before bed to help you relax and stretch out those tight places after a long day.
