MY MORNING ROUTINE | Pre & Post-Workout Meals + Leg Day

Workout Meals
I’ve received so many questions about what I eat before and after my morning workouts so I wanted to create this video to give a little insight into my morning routine. I hope you enjoy this video!

Pre-workout: BREAKFAST – Avocado on Toast with Eggs

– 1 Slice Wholemeal Bread
– 2 x Soft Boiled Eggs
– 1/2 Avocado (Smashed)

Post-Workout: SMOOTHIE

– 2 x Frozen Bananas
– 1 x Scoop Protein Powder
– 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
– 1 Cup Water
– 1/4 Cup Ice
