Join Caroline Jordan for this free 5 Minute back and arms Workout. This strength series focuses on strengthening and toning your back and arms. This workout can be used by itself or you can use it in addition to another routine to get some extra back and arm work. In this video Caroline leads you through the BEST exercises for building a lean, ripped, and toned lower back, upper back, and arms. Challenge yourself with this series of flys, back raises, and bird dogs. This workout doesnt require any equipment and is perfect for at home or traveling workouts. Combined with a healthy diet and cardiovascular exercise, this video will help you get rid of back fat, look great, and feel confident.

Using this routine by itself:
If you are only doing this routine, I suggest doing it two to three times through for a longer and more challenging back and ab workout. To get more muscle definition out of this workout, you also need to incorporate a reduced calorie diet and more physical activity to get rid of any excess fat content that may be covering your midsection.

As always please check with your doctor before beginning any exercise routine. Honor your body and your injuries and do what feels right for YOU.
