In this video, I share a set of simple movements that, when done around 100 times daily, can help address multiple body issues and support long-term health.

Enhance overall body coordination and flexibility
You don’t need to be perfect — even if you can’t do 100 repetitions, start with whatever number is comfortable for you and gradually increase. Consistency matters more than the count.
This practice can be easily added to your daily routine at home, without equipment.
