How does yoga actually help women’s bodies and bring hormones into balance?
This practice will show you some of my favorite healing techniques while energizing your body and leaving you with more energy than what you started with!

Movement is the most important thing for your body. We want to energize and stimulate blood flow into your pelvic bowl because hormones are released into the blood and when this blood is encouraged into the pelvic tissues – that’s what heals and energizes your internal organs to become more fertile and hormones to become balanced.
Hormonal Imbalance can come from the stagnation of your lower body while the upper body is overstimulated and fragmented. Think: Stillness above, activity below.

Yoga has occurred once the turning of the mind has stopped or come to stillness. This is the state of Yoga according to the yoga literature in the Yoga sutras of Patanjali (1.2).
