This is a great 22 minute yoga class for you to follow along to start your yoga practice. If you have never done yoga before give this video a try. You don’t need any props, just a mat or carpet and the motivation and open mind to give this a try. This is also very suitable for athletes that want to take the day off from their activity and just move in their bodies. If you sit a lot at your desk or drive but have no interest in a strong yoga practice then this gentle yoga practice will hopefully make you feel really good.
