3 Yoga Tips for Surviving the Holidays and Resting Deeply

Holidays are stressful – then you add a pandemic to the mix and….wow. Ouch. Here are some tips for getting some rest during the holidays:
1. Be outside for 2-10 minutes during sunrise and sunset times (these times have been considered auspicious times to meditate for centuries, they’re called Sandhi in Sanskrit).
2. Limit caffeine to morning only (or better yet, get rid of it completely!)
3. Do Nervous System focused yoga practices – focus on your exhale
