As women we wear so many different hats. I know I regularly alternate between cook, business executive, wife, daughter, and mother all in the course of an afternoon! One thing that has really helped me is thinking of my Vinyasa yoga practice as a place where I can invite all these different identities to interweave and intermingle. Set the intention here, if you like, to invite all the different parts of yourself to show up with you on the mat. And then acknowledge just how amazing you are.
