40 Minute Full Body Burnout Workout | CRUSH – Day 4

Fitness Workout for Women
It’s DAY 1 of CRUSH! Don’t forget to subscribe to the channel to crush this challenge with me!

Today is a full body strength workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! This workout consists of 14 exercises that we will perform for 45 seconds at a time and we will complete two rounds of each exercise.
I used anywhere from my 3 pound dumbbells up to my 25 pound dumbbells and certain exercises I only used my glute resistance bands. I also used my bench so grab weights that work for you, your glute bands, and your bench if you have one so we can crush it together!

The exercises:
1. lift and lower front squat
2. Heel Lifted Squat
3. Squat hold
4. Arnold Press
5. Shoulder Press pulse
6. Lateral raise hold
7. Left Lunge
8. Right Lunge
9. Split Squat pulse Left
10. Split Squat pulse right
11. RDL and Clean and Row
12. 2 lunges and 2 curls
13. Glute Bridge and Press
14. Squat Walk and Kickback
