Quick Workout for Women Over 40

Fitness Workout for Women
If you are heading into menopause & not feeling great, get your body moving so you can relieve stress, build muscle, & feel normal again!

Menopause is no joke, and if I may be honest, perimenopause was worse!! Who can relate?

If your body is going through changes, I believe that diet and exercise are two amazing things within your control that you can do to feel better.

During my perimenopause stage, I only did yoga. I wish someone had told me about weight training & how much it would have helped!

As we age, we tend to lose muscle mass & our metabolism naturally slows down. This is why it is so easy to gain weight after 40.

So, if you feel awful, try adding some weight to your workouts and remember that gaining muscle doesn’t happen overnight but over a long period of consistent training.

If you put in the work, I promise it will help!??

Here are three exercises that I really love for working the upper body, core, and legs!

Try for 1 minute for each exercise (don’t forget to do both sides for the last two exercises). You can repeat for 3 rounds with a 60-second break between sets.

On another note: I finished filming my last class for my new Perfect10 program today!!? I will be putting on the final touches and launching it at the end of the month!??

If you want to start training now, join me online! I will make you love home workouts!
