This 30 minute arms and abs workout is designed to strengthen your entire core, back, biceps, triceps, chest, and shoulders. Each upper body set will finish with a core movement to keep your working.

Length: 30 minutes
Equipment: Dumbbells (I used 10’s, 15’s)
Warm Up/Cool Down: Yes

Each set has 3 exercises
Exercise 1: 50 seconds work
Exercise 2: 40 second work
Exercise 3: 30 seconds work
2 rounds
