SEATED CARDIO WEIGHT LOSS WORKOUT 20 Minute Low Impact Chair Workout To Tone, Strengthen, & Burn Fat

Let’s get this weekend off to a great start. This is 20 minute chair fitness routine for heart health and fat loss. You won’t need any equipment besides your chair, but that doesn’t mean we aren’t working hard. The truth is you can work hard and keep yourself safe and comfortable. This workout is heavily focused on ab exercises to not only tone but strengthen the abs core. We are working on better posture, reducing back pain, and tightening the tummy. We are also working with arm slimming exercises, and seated exercises to tone the legs. Our cardio exercises will be challenging enough to get the heart rate up and burn stored fat. We will be keeping it low impact for sensitive joints. We also want to ensure we are not rushing through the work for the abs. Keep good form. I will of course remind you and keep you on track. No equipment, no standing, and no floor workout!
