In this routine, you’ll start with a quick warmup and move into working your shoulders, focusing on exercises like cross punches, plank walkouts, and shoulder taps, all to the beat of the music. You’ll also target your biceps and triceps with a series of curls, kickbacks, overhead extensions, and more planks. Grab a pair of weights — either lightweight dumbbells or wrist weights — for an added challenge. Use whatever weight you’re comfortable with, or stick to bodyweight only. Either way, you’re sure to break a sweat!
