I offer low intensity, low impact, steady state, fat-burning cardio walk-at-home workouts! Perfect for toning your whole body. I keep the workouts in an optimal state of fat-burning – which is based on 60% of your maximum heart rate.

Find focused workouts perfect for you: walking, menopausal belly fat and abs, toned thighs and legs, and for those bat wing (or bingo wing) arms! Most videos require no equipment, are all standing, and have no complicated choreography (you’re welcome ;).
