A 20 minute yoga for beginners yoga flow where we start with a breathing practise, learning how to find a calm and even breath to guide us through the poses. We link breath and movement in a vinyasa flow yoga class as this helps us find focus in the mind, as we ease tension in the muscles. We also build a bit of strength in the body through planks and high lunge poses.

This 20 minute yoga practise is suitable for beginners and first time yogis, as well as anyone looking for a slower paced practised with a bit more instruction. This beginners yoga flow can be practised anytime of the day, but morning may be preferable!
