This channel is focussed for women over the age of 40…because we crave a different type of workout than our younger counterparts 😇.

We need options with our workouts, cause jumping isn’t always our jam, and burpees just aren’t fun… no matter how many times we’re told they’re good for us.⁣

We need extra morale support, because we are a tad bit more tired in our later years; making it harder to dig deep and get our workouts in.⁣

We also need the right workouts for our current goals.

While a great looking abs are awesome to have they aren’t a priority anymore. Instead, we want workouts to help us to move better, feel better and have the energy to live a better life.⁣
