Thrilled ! For years I had worked to get my morning schedule in place and was waking up at a reasonably decent hour.. that’s anywhere ranging from 5am – 7am.
But recently, it’s been completely thrown off and i am all set to reclaim my mornings.
I decided to take the plunge, decided to go live every morning for 21 days
Where? on my YouTube channel JoyGeeks at 6am.

I’d like the morning habit to stick back into my schedule so i am doing 21 days.
You are more than welcome to join me please. You can do your own stretches, take a walk, jog, or any other form, just simply commit to being there at 6am.
