With 14 years’ experience in the fitness and athletic performance industries, Coach Cailah is the one you seek when you want results.

Her motto is, ‘Design Your Body’, and for the past 14 years, she’s been helping hundreds of clients lose thousands of pounds and eliminate dozens of medications. Through both her Design Your Body Academy Online Coaching Programs and speaking endeavors, Coach Cailah makes a serious impact on body fat, nutrition, health and performance nationwide.

Coach Cailah travels the country speaking on Health, Nutrition and Fitness. She holds the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Health Coach (HC) and Personal Trainer (CPT) certifications, along with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in the Coaching Education, exercise Physiology and Fitness Management.

She is also a state championship powerlifter (63kg) and aspiring bikini athlete.
