The Bowflex PR1000 Advanced General Conditioning Workout Day 1 & 3 features 6 different exercises, giving you a full body workout utilizing Bowflex power rod resistance.

The Advanced General Conditioning Workout: Days 1 & 3:
Perform 1-3 sets of each exercise at 10-12 reps
– Bench Press
– Seated Shoulder Press
– Triceps Pushdown
– Standing Biceps Curl
– Leg Extension
– Calf Raise
