Rachana Singh demonstrates a 10 Minutes Core Workout to reduce the belly fat. Some exercises to reduce belly fat of women are:
1) Knee Push-ups
2) Corona Stretch
3) Abdominal Crunches
4) Crossover Crunches
5) Superman Stretch
Do 4 Sets for each workout for 30 Seconds followed by 1 Second rest. Exercise daily and remove your extra belly fat! Exercising daily can make you fit and a healthier person.
