Yoga Postures To Build More Strength In Spine & Improve Your Slouchy Back Postures

Hello yogis in this video, I have shown few yoga exercises to correct your bad posture. In later years there are chances to have postural abnormalities like kyphosis,scoliosis because of sitting in the wrong posture. If you want to avoid try these asanas wich are shown in this video.

Asanas :
1) baby cobra pose
2) cobra pose or bhujangasana
3) shalabhasana or locust pose
4) cat/ cow stretch in seated one .
