A FREE 30 day workout plan you can do at home! You’ll get a 4-week workout plan, which includes daily guided workout videos that target the entire body. The workouts range from strength training and high intensity interval training (HIIT), to cardio and barre workouts.

All you need for this full body workout plan is a set of dumbbells and 30 minutes a day.

• What to expect in this 30 Day Workout Plan:
— Daily 30-Minute Home Workouts — real time, follow along workout videos led by certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Lindsey Bomgren.
— 5-6 workouts a week, with 1-2 rest days.
