In this Iyengar yoga class Certified junior Iyengar teacher Juan Carlos will demonstrate an Iyengar sequence with various yoga asanas for beginners who are inflexible. This Iyengar class focusing on poses for beginners with stiff muscles.These yoga poses include both standing and seated asanas for beginners who have stiff bodies, and those who are looking for a simple yoga sequence to stretch out their bodies. Juan Carlos will be demonstrating all the poses with yoga props such as a chair, a wall, and straps to make accommodate different body types and beginner-friendly.
