As a society, there is a need to pay more attention to all aspects of women’s health to ensure balance, well-being, and harmony for all. Besides non-communicable diseases from impaired stress management, poor diet, and the trappings of modern living, women also face conditions like PCOS, menopausal discomfort, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, to name a few. Yoga is helpful in the restoration of balance and the management of many diseases in symptom management, as adjunct therapy and in many cases lasting cure, as well.
