TUESDAY PUSH DAY: Chest, shoulders and triceps
plank to downward dog to toe tap x10
inverted shoulder press x8-10
rest for 30-45 seconds between sets and repeat a total of 3-4 times

chest fly to tricep extension (skull crushers) to tricep press x10
tricep dips x10
rest for 30-45 seconds between sets and repeat a total of 3-4 times

resistance band shoulder presses x10-15
dumbbell shoulder press to chest press x10 each
rest for 30-45 seconds between sets and repeat a total of 3-4 times

pushups to plank up and downs to plank shoulder taps 10x10x10
as many as you can, I could barely do the second set but pushed through to 3
