In this mini practice we go through the four most important yoga poses in my opinion for any person. I really love all four of these positions because no matter who you are you can benefit from doing this work and it is all very straight forward.

Doing these poses consistently will help you correct your posture imbalances and become stronger in the front and back lines of the body.
