This Yoga for Constipation routine utilizes a unique combination of gentle pressure on the abdomen and alternating spinal movements (flexion, extension, and rotation) to help get things moving! Not intended for pregnancy. Generally safe for women with diastasis recti and/or prolapse as long as you follow my cues for breathing and technique and STOP if anything feels uncomfortable in your body or “not right” for your particular core/pelvic floor needs.
