Yoga for Better Posture Class – Five Parks Yoga

Yoga
This 25 minute yoga class focuses on postures that strengthen muscles along the spine, and stretch the shoulders and the chest. Postures include heart melting, spinal balance, cobra, locust with chest expansion, warrior 3, reverse table and plank, cow face, modified wild thing, supported fish. Throughout the entire yoga class, modifications are offered and there is instruction for the use of props to take your practice deeper. I loved teaching this class as upper body opening and good posture has been a struggle for me. I hope you enjoy.
