Workout routine!
Treadmill: 3.0 speed 1-5 mins to warmup. 3.8 25 minutes and build yourself up. ( donβt hold on to treadmill) challenge yourself to start off and end faster each time.
Elliptical: 3.0 resistance 5 minutes 6.0 resistance 25 minutes
Arms
5 pound dumb bells
Front arm raise 12 reps x4
Side arm raise 12 reps x4
Legs
5 pound dumb bells
Squat variation: Squat to a arm raise 12 reps x4
Deadlifts with dumbbells 12 reps x4
Squat jumps 12 reps 4
Core
5 or 10 pound medicine ball
Russian twist x25
Sit and reach x25
End with 100 jumping jacks
