Hello beautiful friends and welcome to beautiful Spain,

This feminine yoga flow will not only feel amazing in your body but will also help you ground and connect to yourself. It is fluid, fun and challenging at times but remember: it is your practice so please only ever go as far as your body is capable of. In this class I often encourage you to listen to the voice of your body, your intuition and move accordingly. I hope you find a deeper connection to yourself through this flow and through my words.

Ps: This is a more advanced flow, where I will not work with many specific cues so if you are new to yoga I highly suggest you try out some of my or others beginner classes first! You do not need any props for this class ❤️
